1、摘要本设计矿井为鸡西矿业集团东山矿1.2Mt/a新矿井设计。地质构造为单斜构造,共有可采煤层为4层,分别为3#上、3#下、6#A和6#B煤层总厚度为5.6m。设计井田的工业储量为112.24Mt,可采储量为95.19Mt,矿井的设计服务年限为57a。煤层倾角为10°属缓倾斜煤层,本矿井设计采用双立井开拓方式,划分为三个水平,3个采区,2个工作面达产,采用采区式准备方式,达产时采区个数为两个。大巷运输采用14t架线式电机车牵引3t底卸式矿车运输,区段运输平巷采用带式输送机,辅助运输为1.5t固定式矿车,工作面采用刮板运输机。采煤方法为走向长壁倒退式采煤法,采煤工艺为普通机械化采煤工
2、艺。工作面的支护方式采用单体液压支柱和铰接顶梁联合支护,顶板处理方法为全部跨落法。提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升。工作面年工作日为330d,采用“三、八”工作制,工作面长为160m,循环进度为0.6m,每日进刀次数为5刀。通风方式是分区抽出式。由于本人水平有限,工作能力及现场经验不足,故本设计中出现一些问题在所难免,请各位专家老师不吝赐教。关键词:矿井设计;走向长壁采煤法;全部跨落全套图纸,加86AbstractThedesignofthemineinJixiMiningGroupDongshanMine1.2Mt/anewminedesign.Geological
