1、摘要本设计为鸡西矿业集团小恒山煤矿1.8Mt/a的新井设计,共有4层设计可采煤层,分别为3#上、3#下、18#和34#。煤层倾角11°,地质构造简单。井田平均走向长4400m,平均倾斜长4500m,煤层总厚度为6.5m。设计井田的工业储量为184.80Mt,可采储量为136.08Mt。服务年限为54a。本设计矿井采用双立井的开拓,划分两个水平开采。两个水平均为上、下山后退式开采,采用带区式准备,采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤。矿井共划分8个带区,其中达产带区为2个,达产工作面2个。本设计带区为西一带区,大巷装车式下部车场,大巷运输采用两台1
2、0t架线式电机车牵引3t底卸式矿车。采用“四·六”式工作制,年工作日为330d,工作面长为210m,每刀进度为0.6m,每日割九刀。提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升。每日净提升时间为16h。由于井田倾斜长度较大,且为缓倾斜煤层,以及煤层地质条件等因素影响,决定本井田内全部采用倾斜长壁采煤法开采。由于本人能力有限,缺乏一定的现场经验。因此,本设计中难免会出现一些问题,请各位专家老师不吝指正。关键词可采储量采煤工艺矿井设计全套图纸,加15389370664AbstractThisdesignfortheJiximiningin
