3、riterionforderailment.Comparethederailmentpropertiesonlineswiththoseonbridges,itcanbeseenthatthemechanismoftrainderailmentonlinesisconsistentwiththatonbridges,whichisthelossofthelateralmovementstabilityofthetrainbridge(ortrack)system.Therefore,thetheoryofrandomenergyanalysisfort
4、rainderailmentusedtoanalyzederailmentonlinescanbeusedtoanalyzederailmentonbridges.Usingthistheory,fourcasesoftrainderailmentarecalculated,andthecalculatedresultscorrespondtotheactuallyoccurringaccidents.Byinvestigatingthepropertyoflateralrigidityofthebridgesonwhichderailmentever
5、happened,itcanbefoundthatthescarcityofbridgelateralrigidityisadominantcauseresultinginderailmentonbridges.Thefundamentalapproachtopreventderailmentonbridgesistomakethebridgelateralrigiditysatisfythesafetyrequirementofmovingtrain.Fortheexistingbridgeonwhichderailmentmayhappen,rei
6、nforcingmeasuresmaybetakentoincreasethebridgelateralrigidity,andforthebridgestobedesignedandbuilt,thelimitvalueofbridgelateralrigiditymaybeestablished,withwhichderailmentcanbeprevented.Calculatedresultsmanifestthatthesemeasurestoincreasethebridgelateralrigidityareeffectiveforder
