1、？？？？？公司收：清洁生产验收材料（1）浙江省清洁生产审核验收暂行办法第一章总则第一条为鼓励和指导企业有效开展清洁生产，规范清洁生产审核验收行为，根据《中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法》和《浙江省清洁生产审核暂行办法》，制定本办法。第二条 在本省行政区域内开展清洁生产审核验收活动，应当遵守本办法。第三条 本办法所指清洁生产审核验收是指企业开展清洁生产审核，通过方案实施取得绩效，编写的审核报告符合要求的阶段性评审。第四条 省经贸委、省环保局负责全省企业清洁生产审核验收的组织、管理、公告等工作。清洁生产审核验收专家组负责清洁生产审
2、核的评定工作。省级清洁生产试点计划企业的验收，原则上省里委托各市经贸、环保部门组织，其他企业的清洁生产验收，由各市经贸、环保部门负责。各市应当鼓励自愿开展清洁生产审核的企业进行验收。 第二章验收条件第五条 申请进行清洁生产审核验收的企业必须具备以下条件：（一）符合《中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法》和相关法律法规。甲方有义务监督用工单位在确定乙方的劳动定额应当是用工单位同岗位百分之九十以上劳动者在法定工作时间内能够完成的includingincentives)toensuretheachievementofthequalityob

4、ldeachyear,ontheimplementationofthequalitypolicy,objectivesandreviewoftheproblemsandproposecorrectivemeasures.Effortsandresourcesnecessaryforoptimalallocationofprojectconstructionmanagement(personnel,finance,facilities,information,etc).3.2withcustomerfocusprojectstaf
5、festablisha"customer-focused"thinking,fullyawarethatmeettheircustomers'needsandexpectationsisthefundamentalpursuitofproductionandservicesprojects.Projectsinproductionandserviceprocesses,to:3.2.1identifyanddeterminetheneedsandexpectationsoftheprojectlegalperson,intere
6、stsastheinterestsofthecustomer,withcustomersatisfactionassatisfied,goodfaithandcooperation,win-winanddevelopment;3.2.2needsandexpectationsoftheprojectlegalpersonintoproductionandservicemanagementortechnicalrequirements,andallocationofappropriateresources;3.2.3meetleg
7、alrequirementsandstrivetoexceedtheirexpectations.3.2.4customersonthequalityofprojectsputintooperationforstandards,inaccordancewiththenationalstandardofqualityworks.3.2.5regulationsandstandardsrequirestheStateandissuedbytheMinistryoftheprojectrelatedtothecurrentversio
