2、ong,524088,China)摘要:在5个盐度梯度(5,1o,15,2o,25)条件下分别设置不同氨氮浓度进行氨氮对斑节对虾(P.monodon)的急性毒性试验,计算斑节对虾的半致死浓度(LC。)和安全浓度(c)。结果表明,盐度为25条件下,24h、48h、72h、96h的LC。分别为69.3mg/I一58.0mg/I、47.6mg/L和44.3mg/L;盐度为2O条件下,分别为56.2mg/L、48.5mg/I一37.6mg/I和32.6mg/L;盐度为15的条件下,分别为39.6mg/L、30.5mg/I、26.2mg/I和21·6mg/I;盐度为1O条件下,分别
3、为29.9mg/L、27.8mg/L、22.1mg/I和20.7mg/I;盐度为5条件下,分别为19.5mg/L、14.3mg/L、13.9mg/I和12.5mg/L。而在盐度为25、2O、15、1O和5的条件下,氨氮的安全浓度分别为4.4mg/L、3.2mg/L、2.2mg/I、2.1mg/L和1.3mg/L。这说明盐度对氨氮的毒性有较大的影响,盐度越低,氨氮的安全浓度越小。关键词:斑节对虾半致死浓度安全浓度盐度氨氮中图法分类号:$968.22文献标识码:A文章编号:1005—9164(2009)02—0206—04Abstract:Aconventionaltoxic
