5、砖板衬里化工设备HG/'f20676一1990主编单位:化I部设备设计技术中心站吉林化学t二业公司设计院批准单位:中华人民共和国化学工业部实施日期:一九九一年五月一日省奢国化〕二口二程建设标准编辑中4.41-(原化工!程建设标准编辑中心)北京2000前言根据化工部基建司的安排,由化工部设备设计技术中心站组织编制化工设备设计专业的设计标准和技术规定,作为指导设备设计和制造的部颁指令性技术文件。‘《砖板衬里化工设备》对砖板衬里设计计算和技术条件作了规定。本标准是在化工部原基建局颁发的化工设计标准Cp130All-85c砖板衬里设备设计技术规定》和CD130A12
6、-85‘砖板衬里设备技术条件a的基础上修订而成。本标准由吉化公司设计院徐家祥主编,王粗东校核,吴福生审核,王继学参加了部分工作。在编制过程中进行了广泛的调查研究,总结了各化工设计单位多年来的设计经验,经征求意见、专人审查和技术委员会审查等阶段,最后定稿,由化工部设备设计技术中心站报部审批。在执行本标准的过程中,如发现需要修改或补充之处,请将意见和有关资料提供化工部设备设计技术中心站,以便今后修订时参考。化工部设备设计技术中心站一九九0年十二月总论1,1范围1,1.1本标准适用于设计压力不大于。6MPa的钢制容器砖板衬里,也适用于其它类似的衬里。1.1.2本标
7、准适用的设计温度范围根据衬里材料允许的使用温度确定。1,1.3本标准适用于下列四种砖板:(1’)耐酸瓷砖板,(2)耐酸或耐酸耐温陶砖板,(3)辉绿岩或玄武岩铸石板,(4)不透性石墨板,1.1,4本标准适用子下列两类胶泥:(1)水玻璃胶泥,(2)树脂胶泥。1,1.5本标准不适用于下列各类衬里设备:(1)用直接火焰加热的设备,(2)受辐射作用的设备,(3)经常搬运或受剧烈震动的设备,(4)采用预应力砖板衬里的设备。12标准规范1,2.1衬里设备的钢壳及零部件的设计、制造和验收等,应遵守下列有关标准的规定:(I)GB150-89c钢制压力容器,。(2)《压力容器安
