2、人行为,但实际上是企业问题的折射,就像环境的恶化,会引起水土流失是一样的。员工离开公司肯定是企业的某一方面出现了问题,当有员工辞职时,管理者要做的不仅仅是费尽心机的去挽留员工,管理者应反思企业的哪一环节,哪个方面出现了问题,以至于让员工要离开企业,只有这样才能避免更多的员工离开企业。尤其在销售这一行业,销售本来就是通用性很强的一类工作,所以销售人员流失一直稳居流失率之首,销售人员的流失对所在的公司造成的损失是不可估量的,所以说如何有效的稳定销售队伍,留住优秀的人才,成为各大企业研究的重点。人才对企业来说可以说是最重要
