2、deyediseasestudy，AREDS)的标准对AMD进行诊断与分级，募集早期AMD患者、中期AMD患者及非AMD对照各51人。采用食物频率调查法，分析膳食叶黄素+玉米黄素的每日摄入量；采用高效液相色谱法测定血清叶黄素及玉米黄素水平；采用罗氏全自动生化分析仪测定血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)水平。结果：中期AMD组膳食叶黄素+玉米黄素摄人量、血清叶黄素及玉米黄素水平分别为7870．458g／d、0．180Ixmol／L、0．029Ixmol／L，均低于对照组(11297．959Ixg／

3、d、0．285Ixmol／L、0．O44Ixmol／L，P<0．05)；早、中期AMD组血清高密度脂蛋白水平分别为(1．29±0．27)mmol／L、(1．16±0．30)mmol／L，均低于对照组[(1．454-0．35)mmol／L，P<0．001]。结论：膳食叶黄素+玉米黄素的摄入量和血清叶黄素、玉米黄素水平可能影响AMD的发展进程，血清高密度脂蛋白水平可能与AMD的发生相关。[关键词]黄斑变性；叶黄素；膳食；血清；玉米黄素[中图分类号]R774．5[文献标志码]A[文章编号]1671—167X(2014)0
