2、deyediseasestudy,AREDS)的标准对AMD进行诊断与分级,募集早期AMD患者、中期AMD患者及非AMD对照各51人。采用食物频率调查法,分析膳食叶黄素+玉米黄素的每日摄入量;采用高效液相色谱法测定血清叶黄素及玉米黄素水平;采用罗氏全自动生化分析仪测定血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)水平。结果:中期AMD组膳食叶黄素+玉米黄素摄人量、血清叶黄素及玉米黄素水平分别为7870.458g/d、0.180Ixmol/L、0.029Ixmol/L,均低于对照组(11297.959Ixg/
3、d、0.285Ixmol/L、0.O44Ixmol/L,P<0.05);早、中期AMD组血清高密度脂蛋白水平分别为(1.29±0.27)mmol/L、(1.16±0.30)mmol/L,均低于对照组[(1.454-0.35)mmol/L,P<0.001]。结论:膳食叶黄素+玉米黄素的摄入量和血清叶黄素、玉米黄素水平可能影响AMD的发展进程,血清高密度脂蛋白水平可能与AMD的发生相关。[关键词]黄斑变性;叶黄素;膳食;血清;玉米黄素[中图分类号]R774.5[文献标志码]A[文章编号]1671—167X(2014)0
