2、大鼠,随机分为对照组(饮用蒸馏水)和低、中、高剂量染镧组,LaC1染毒组从雌鼠受孕第0天起通过自由饮水染毒,至仔鼠断乳后1个月,然后对仔鼠进行水迷宫实验,并测定仔鼠海马cAMP含量、PKAmRNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果各染镧组仔鼠逃避潜伏期显著高于对照组(P<0.05),随着染毒剂量增加,大鼠游泳距离增加(P<0.05),穿过目标平台次数减少(P<0.05),海马cAMP含量显著降低(P<0.05),PKAmRNA和蛋白表达显著下调(P<0.05)。结论镧损害大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能与其所致的大鼠海马组织cAMP含量减少及PKAmRNA、蛋白表达水平下降有关。【
