2、，AFP，AFP—L3及AFU，并对统计结果进行分析。结果单项检测中AFP—L3特异度最高为88．8％，AFP灵敏度、准确度最高分别为60．5％、73．2％，而联合检测组中，特异度、灵敏度、准确度分别为89．2％、60．5％及77．03％，高于各单项检查组；ROC曲线分析提示联合检测组的线下面积最大为0．765，大于各单项检测组；联合检测的阳性检出率与各单项检测相比，均高于单项检测，有统计学差异。结论联合检测血清血清GP73，AFP，AFP—L3及AFU有助于提高原发性肝癌的检出率，并与肝硬化、慢性肝炎相鉴别。关键词
