2、s,componentsandseparatetechnicalunitsintendedforsuchvehicles(FrameworkDirective)(TextwithEEArelevance)THEEUROPEANCOMMISSION,afirststepwithrespecttovehiclesproducedinlargeseriesinorforthirdcountries.HavingregardtotheTreatyontheFunctioningoftheEuropeanUnion,(4)Article24o

3、fDirective2007/46/ECallowsMemberStatestowaivecertainprovisionsofthatDirectiveaswellasoftheregulatoryactslistedinAnnexIVtothatDirectiveforthepurposesofapprovalofindividualHavingregardtoDirective2007/46/ECoftheEuropeanvehicles.TheproperfunctioningoftheinternalmarketParli

4、amentandoftheCouncilof5September2007estabrequireshoweverthatsimilartechnicalandadministrativelishingaframeworkfortheapprovalofmotorvehiclesandrequirementsapplythroughouttheUnion.Itisthereforetheirtrailers,andofsystems,componentsandseparatenecessarytolaydownwhichprovisi

5、onsofUnionlawtechnicalunitsintendedforsuchvehicles(Frameworkmaybewaived.Directive)(1),andinparticularArticle39(3)thereof,(5)Article24allowsMemberStatestoimposealternativerequirementstoEuropeanlawwhichaimtoensureaWhereas:levelofroadsafetyandenvironmentalprotectionwhichi

6、sequivalenttothegreatestextentpracticabletothelevelsetoutinAnnexesIVandVItoDirective2007/46/EC.Assumingthatvehiclesproducedinseries(1)Directive2007/46/ECestablishesaharmonisedforthirdcountrieswithaviewtobeingputintoserviceframeworkcontainingtheadministrativeprovisionsa

7、ndintodomesticmarketsarebuiltinaccordancewiththegeneraltechnicalrequirementsforallnewvehicles,technicallegislationinforceintherespectivecountriesofsystems,componentsandseparatetechnicalunits.Inoriginordestination,itisappropriatetotakeintoparticularitincludesalistofallr
