2、,从而判断ECA、Willis环后交通动脉(PCoA)侧支循环代偿途径。结果9例患者均双侧ECA反向血流后进入ICA;2例双侧PCA的P1段Vs大于健康成人.7例单侧PCA的P1段Vs大于健康成人。结论双侧CCA闭塞患者存在ECA、PCoA两种侧支循环途径,彩色多普勒超声能准确、实时评价其血流动力学变化。f关键词】彩色多普勒超声;颈总动脉;颈动脉疾病;闭塞;侧支循环;血流动力学【中图分类号】R445.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2014)12(a)一0107—04Applicationresearchonthediagnosisofdiagnosisandintracra
