2、组，健脾补肺化痰方高剂量、中剂量和低剂量组。以卵蛋白（OVA）致敏制备幼龄大鼠哮喘模型，HE染色测气道壁内、外径及网状基底膜层厚度，肺组织石蜡切片行免疫组化染色计算机图像分析测定气道Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量。结果：健脾补肺化痰方高、中、低剂量干预组、辅舒酮组气道壁内、外径比值均高于哮喘模型组，网状基底膜厚度较哮喘模型组显著变薄（P<0.05或P<0.01），健脾补肺化痰方高、中、低各组间比较亦有差异（P<0.05），健脾补肺化痰方高剂量组与辅舒酮组比较无明显差异（P>0.05）。各组气道壁Ⅲ型胶原显著低于哮喘模型组（P<0.05或P<0.01），高、中、低剂量组各组
