1、Vol_24N0.1第24卷第1期腐蚀科学与防护技术2012年1月CORROSIONSCIENCEANDPROTECTIONTECHNOLOGYJan.2012CO2对H2s/co2环境中Pl10钢应力腐蚀的影响研究宋开红,李春福,崔世华,邓洪达西南石油大学油气藏地质与开发工程国家重点实验室,成都610500摘要:采用恒载荷拉伸法、腐蚀电化学测试和断口分析技术等,研究了Pll0钢在不同H2S/CO2含量的NACE—A溶液中的硫化物应力腐蚀(SSCC)行为.结果表明,在加载初期,Pll0钢的白腐蚀电位(。rr)急剧下降,至极小值后缓慢升高,达到稳定值后直至断裂,试样断口呈脆性解理状.当通入CO2
2、量达到17%时,Pl10钢的自腐蚀电位降低,自腐蚀电流(L。)增大,加速钢的SSCC进程,断口形貌为完全解理断裂;随着溶液中通入CO2量增大,钢的自腐蚀电位稍有升高,自腐蚀电流减小,试样断裂时间延长;至CO2量达到50%,断口形貌出现少量韧窝.这种现象的产生与HS/CO2在钢表面的竞争吸附及Pl10钢在应力腐蚀环境中表面膜的拉伸破裂与再生有关.关键词:硫化物应力腐蚀开裂;竞争吸附;腐蚀电化学;Pl10钢;断口形貌中图分类号:TG172.63文献标识码:A文章编号:10026495(2012)01—0025—07EfectofC02onStressCorrosionofPll0SteelinWe
