1、药物结合物理疗法治疗宫颈HPV感染临床观察作者：赵小迎单位：温州医学院温州325000【摘要】目的：观察药物结合物理治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床疗效，并比较三种不同方法治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床疗效。方法：将150例宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的患者随机分为三组，药物组50例，阴道放置奥平栓；微波纽.50例，经净后采用微波治疗；联合纽.50例，先行微波治疗，48小吋后给予奥平栓阴道放置。观察齐组治疗前后宫颈糜烂而与白带性状的变化，检测宫颈脱落细胞检测HPV感染情况。结果：三组治疗后白带量与性状改善均显著，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o对I度和I

2、I度宫颈糜烂疗效，三纽有效率相近，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；对III度宫颈糜烂，联合纽较奥平栓组及微波组疗效好，差异•有统计学意义(P<0.05)o对单纯型糜烂，三纽有效率均为100%；对颗粒樂宫颈糜烂和乳突型宫颈糜烂，联合组疗效优于奥平栓组与微波组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)：値型HPV6/11的转阴率三组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；对高危型HPV16/18的转阴率，联合组疗效优于奥平栓纽.及微波纽.，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：奥平栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染疗效显著，副作用小，值得推
