1、·2134·江苏医药2012年9月第38卷第18期JiangsuMedJ，September2012，Vol38，No．18论著·复合应用紫杉醇和顺铂对胃癌细胞SGC放疗的增敏作用柏玫苏筠夏迎秋【摘要】目的观察紫杉醇、顺铂及两者联合应用加放疗对胃癌细胞株SGC的细胞增殖与细胞周期的影响。方法将体外培养的胃癌细胞株SGC种于96孔板。实验分为P1组(紫杉醇0．1“g／m1)、P2组(紫杉醇0．01／~g／m1)、C1组(Jf~1铂o．1ttg／m1)、C2组(顺铂0．O1ttg／m1)、PC1组(紫杉醇0．1~tg／ml+llN铂0．1ttg／m

2、1)、PC2组(紫杉醇001ttg／ml+llN铂0．01~g／m1)。无菌环境下实施4Gy照射。采用MTT法观察SGC细胞增殖抑制率；以流式细胞技术检测细胞凋亡及周期变化。结果PC1组和PC2组胃癌SGC细胞抑制率分别为(76．6±7．7)和(68．3士2．6)，明显高于P1组的(46．74-4．5)、P2组的(39．2士5．3)、C1组的(41．4±0．2)和C2组的(25．6±1．3)(P
