2、小球受损患者血清中的胱抑素C明显升高(P<0.05),但尿液中的胱抑素C并不升高,肾小球与肾小管均受损的患者血清、尿液中的胱抑素C均显著升高(P<0.05)。与单独肾小球受损者比较,肾小球肾小管均受损患者尿胱抑素显著升高(P<0.05)。结论同时检测血清、尿液中的胱抑素C浓度有利于及时判断肾小球、肾小管的受损程度。【关键词】胱抑素C;肾小管;肾小球【中图分类号】R446.11;R58【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1673-6613(2012)08-0692-02ResearchoftheClinicalSignificanceoftheCystatinCC
