1、ENERGYSTAR®ProgramRequirementsforIntegralLEDLampsPartnerCommitmentsEligibleOrganizations:ManufacturersandDistributorsofIntegralLEDLampsCommitmentThefollowingarethetermsoftheENERGYSTARPartnershipAgreementasitpertainstothemanufacturingand/ordistributingofENERGYSTARqualifiedintegra
2、lLEDlamps.TheENERGYSTAR1PARTNER(PARTNER)mustadheretothefollowingprogramrequirements:ComplywithcurrentENERGYSTAREligibilityCriteria,definingtheperformancecriteriathatmustbemetforuseoftheENERGYSTARcertificationmarkonproductpackagingandthetestingcriteriaforintegralLEDlamps.TheDepa
3、rtmentofEnergy(DOEorTheDepartment),atitsdiscretionmayconducttestsonproductsthatarereferredtoasENERGYSTARqualifiedthroughthethirdpartytestingportionofthecriteria.Theseproductswillbeobtainedontheopenretailorcommercialdistributionmarket;ComplywithcurrentENERGYSTARIdentityGuideline
4、s.TheguidelinesdescribehowtheENERGYSTARmarksandnamemustbeused.PARTNERisresponsibleforadheringtotheseguidelinesandforensuringthatallitsauthorizedrepresentatives,suchasadvertisingagencies,dealers,anddistributors,arealsoincompliance;Qualify,orprivatelabelatleastoneENERGYSTARqualif
5、iedintegralLEDlampmodelwithinoneyearofactivatingtheintegralLEDlampsportionoftheagreement.WhenPARTNERqualifiestheproduct,itmustmeetthecriteriaineffectatthattime;ProvideclearandconsistentlabelingofENERGYSTARqualifiedintegralLEDlamps.TheENERGYSTARcertificationmarkmustbeclearlydisp
6、layedonthefrontorprimarydisplaypaneloftheproductpackaging,onthePARTNER’SInternetwebsitewhereinformationaboutitsENERGYSTARqualifiedmodelsisdisplayed,andinqualifiedproductliterature(e.g.,catalogs,usermanuals,specsheets,etc.);ProvidetoDOE,oritsENERGYSTARIntegralLEDLampProgramcontr
7、actor,onasemiannualbasis,anupdatedlistofitsENERGYSTARqualifiedintegralLEDlampmodels.PARTNERSmustinformtheENERGYSTARIntegralLEDLampProgramcontractor,intheseupdatesifanyexistingqualifiedintegralLEDlampmodelshavebeenmodifiedorhaveupdatedtestdataorreports,revisedmodelnumbersand/orre
8、tailproductnumbers,orwillbediscontinuedorphased
