1、UPLC-MS法测定丹参药品中水溶性成分含量摘要:传统中药丹参,是著名抗衰老中药。本文介绍了丹参的作用、主要成分及用途,并对丹参国内外研究现状及趋势进行了阐述,还介绍了高效液相色谱-质谱联用的特点,UPLC-MS在中药含量测定中的应用以及中药材在含量测定时的指标成分选择。我参考有关文献采用UPLC-MS法测定复方丹参片、复方丹参滴丸、丹参注射液中三种水溶性成分迷迭香酸、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B的含量,采用色谱柱HypersilGOLD(100mm×2.1mm,1.9μm),以甲醇-水-甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.300ml·min-1通过质谱解析以及与对照品比较,运
