4、小企业融资难成为了一个全球性的问题。我国的中小企业融资难的问题可以归结到企业自身和金融机构运营成本上。因此，如何降低中小企业自身的经营风险，引导银行资金进入中小企业，改革现有的金融体制成为解决中小企业融资难的关键。文章就我国中小企业的特点展开分析，介绍了中小企业发展现状、融资现状，然后对融资难问题的表现和成因做出分析，最后借鉴国外解决融资难问题的思路和方法，对解决国内融资难问题提出若干针对性建议。关键词：中小企业，融资难，融资渠道，对策-11-AbstractSincereformingandopening,smallandmediumenterprisesinChina'snation
