2、射；观察治疗2周后两组CD、CD、CD淋巴细胞亚群变化，并与30例健康体检者(C组)比较。结果治疗前A、B两组CD、CD、CD比较无统计学意义，但均低于C组(P<0．001)；治疗后A、B两组CD、CD、CD绝对值较治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05或0．01)，而且B组较A组显著升高(P<0．001)，其中B组CD与c组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；总有效率B组为77．4％，A组为S1．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义(x=5．4801，

3、P=0．0192)。结论血浆置换联合黄芪足三里穴位注射治疗能有效改善重型肝炎患
