2、tion.4.3proxyapplicationshallaffixitsofficialsealcodingandpagebypageinthespecifiedlocation.Agentacopyoftheapplicationshallhavetonumberthepagesandsignedoriginalcopy(copy)(includingsupportingdocuments),andcopyshouldbeexactlythesame.4.4applicationthereshal

4、80)rulesoftheNineth,tenderagentservicechargesusingthedifferenceprogressivebillingrate.Chargesinaccordancewiththetenderingagent'sservicechargesand,inconjunctionwiththeprovisionsofthespecificcircumstancesoftheprojectshallnotbefloatingupanddown-floatingran

5、gemustnotexceed20%,otherwisetheapplicationcannotpasscompliancechecks,beinvalidated.Duetobiddingagencyselectionandprincipal-agentcontractssignedduringchargingbasebidamounthasnotyetbeenproduced,itcanonlybeaccordingtotheratesofprice,bidandthebidamountdeter
