2、n-destructively,surfacedesorptionatmosphericpressurechemicalionizationmassspectrometry(DAPCI—MS)wasusedtoobtainchemicalfingerprintsdirectlyfromthesurfaceofthecoffeeseed,withoutanysamplepretreatment.Themassspectralrawdatawereanalyzedbymultivariateanalysis,includingprincipalcomponentan
3、alysis(PCA),clusteranalysis(CA)anddiscriminantanalysis(DA),todifferentiateefficaciouslythecoffeeseedswithdifferentvigor.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratedthatinthepositiveionmode,DAPCI-MScombinedwithmultivariateanalysiscouldeffectivelydistinguishdiferentseedvigorforcofeeseed.Threepri
4、ncipalcomponentswereextractedbyPCA.andtheircumulativecontributionratewas92.2%.CoffeeseedswiththesamevigorwaspackedcloselytogetherinCAanalysis,anditsaccuracywas100%.InDAanalysis,thereturndiscriminantratioforthetrainingmusterwasashighas100%,whilethecrossvalidationanalysisSuccessratewas
