2、,themarketofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesastheeconomicpositionandfunctionofbasicpowerisbecomingmoreandmoreimportant.Thequantity,smallandmediumenterprisesaccountedfor99%ofthecountry;thescale,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseaccountsforthevalueof60%;80%ofnationalemploymentfromsmallandmedium
3、enterprises.Howtopromotethesustainedandhealthydevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,givefullplaytotheroleofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinthedevelopmentofeconomyandsociety,andthesmoothintegrationwiththeworldeconomyintheeconomicglobalizationtide,iscurrentlyfacinganimportantproblemto
4、besolvedurgently.IndicatesthatChina'seconomicsituationatthepresentstage,thedevelopmentofeconomyonlylargegroupoflargeenterprisesisnotenough,theremustbethedevelopmentofalargenumberofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,strengthenthemeasurestopromotethedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,s
