3、运用高粘高湿物料干燥技术理论基础及借鉴多种处理高粘高湿物料的干燥机优点的基础之上,根据给定的工艺参数,采用理论分析的方法对高粘高湿物料干燥机进行了质量衡算和热量衡算,得到了干燥机的总体尺寸。结合立式热风搅拌型干燥机的工作原理,对高粘高湿物料干燥机的甩料机构、热风分配系统、进出料装置等进行了结构设计,并对主要零部件进行了材料选取,完成了干燥机整机结构设计。采用有限元分析法,借助ANSYS分析软件对干燥机的核心部件甩料机构进行了静力学分析和模态分析,结果表明,甩料机构满足强度要求。本文设计的高粘高湿物料干燥
4、机利用甩料机构螺旋刀架对物料进行快速切碎、甩落,增大物料与热风的接触面积,提高了干燥效率;力学计算与强度分析结果表明,零部件强度满足要求。关键词高粘高湿物料干燥机;结构设计;甩料机构;ANSYS;强度分析IAbstractDryingofhighstickyandwaterishmaterialhasalwaysbeenadifficultyindryingindustry.Ontheonehand,theviscosityandhumidityofmaterialissohighthatitisdif
