1、自制叩背器的临床应用和研究【摘要】目的：为了寻找一种冇效、舒适、经济的人工胸肺部物理护理技术，探讨不同排痰方法的排痰效果。方法：选取2010年10月-2013年1月在本院需要排痰护理〒预的160例患者，按照随机数7表法将其分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组采用传统的手叩背方法，即双手呈中空状徒手叩击法。观察组采用新的叩背手法，即采取循序渐进变换体位的活动方式结合自制的新型叩背器进行叩背。观察比较两组的排痰效果、患者的舒适度的差升。结果：观察组的排痰有效率86.25%(69/80)明显高于对照组的65.00%(52/80),观察组的舒适度100%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异
