2、mpact全自动微生物分析系统。结果6227份血培养标本中共分离出病原菌540株,阳性率为8.7%;其中,革兰阴性菌373株占69.1%,革兰阳性菌149株占27.6%,真菌18株占3.3%;检出率前三位分别为大肠埃希菌(36.3%),肺炎克雷伯菌(17.2%),葡萄球菌属(18.4%)。药敏结果显示,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南、头孢替坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星的敏感率均在92%以上;凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的耐药性较金黄色葡萄球菌严重,未发现万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药的葡萄球菌。结论血流感染病原菌种类分布广,以革兰阴性菌为主,耐药情况严重,临床应重视血液细菌培养及药
