3、dedquestionsaboutjobsatisfaction,emotionalwell-being,andtheaspectsofthejobsthatwerethemostmeaningful.Asmanyas34%ofrespondentsmetthecriteriaforburnout,includingemotionalexhaustion,depersonalization,andalowsenseofpersonalaccomplishment.The88%whosaidtheyspentatleast20%oftheirworkin
