1、毕业论文（20__届）绿色壁垒对浙江农产品出口的影响及对策研究I摘要绿色壁垒是一种以保护有限资源、环境和人民健康之名，蓄意制定一系列苛求的环保标准，对国外的产品或服务加以限制的一种新型非关锐贸易壁垒。中国作为发展中国家，科学技术水平和环保标准与发达国家存在很大差距，以他们国内的技术、环保水平作为指标设置的绿色壁垒自然成为了浙江农产品出口的最大障碍。在国内外各种因素的共同作用下，绿色壁垒给农业大省浙江带来消极影响外还带来积极影响，消极主要表现在增加了出口企业的成本，削弱了国际竞争力，阻碍了浙江农产品出口贸易的发展；积极影响主要表现在推动浙江农业科学技术发展和促进绿色环保产业的兴起。对于怎样

2、突破绿色壁垒这一“瓶颈”，从而使浙江农产品出口贸易良性发展，已经成为迫切有待研究的现实课题。本文针对绿色壁垒对浙江农产品出口造成的影响及农产品出口遭遇绿色壁垒的状况和原因分析，从农产品生产者、出口企业、行业协会和国家政府这四个角度出发，就如何突破绿色壁垒的阻碍从而促进浙江农产品出口提出了相应的对策：生产者要练好“内功”，出口企业要提高技术、绿色营销，农产品行业协会发挥作用，国家政府要发挥职能来积极应对绿色壁垒。论文以农产品出口所遭遇的绿色壁垒为理论依据，以浙江近几年农产品出口的统计数据和相关外贸研究报告为背景资料，分析绿色壁垒对浙江农产品出口造成的影响提出相应的对策，来促进浙江农产品出口
