1、腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕60例疗效观察【摘要】目的探究腹腔鏡手术治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床疗效。方法60例子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者作为研究对象，按手术不同将患者分为观察组36例与对照组24例。对照组接受开腹治疗，观察组接受腹腔镜手术治疗，比较两组治疗后临床疗效。结果①观察组术中出血量(98.6±0.8)ml、平均手术时间(62・3±9・0)min、术后排气时间(1.2±0.1)d、尿管留置时间(2.0+0.9)d、住院时间(3.9+1.0)d；对照组术中出血量(186・6±1・9)ml、平均手术时间(104・3±10・3)min、术后排气时间(2
2、・9±0・9)d、尿管留置时间(4・0±0・9)d、住院时间(7.8±1.5)d,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)o②观察组痛经缓解83.3%,性交痛缓解88.9%,慢性盆腔痛缓解83.3%,月经紊乱缓解83.3%。对照组痛经缓解58.3%,性交痛缓解62.5%,慢性盆腔痛缓解58.3%,月经紊乱缓解58.3%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0・05)o③观察组妊娠率63.9%,对照组妊娠率37.5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用【关键词】子宫内膜异位症；不孕；开腹手术；
