1、AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthetechnologydesignofcoalpreparationplant,therotatingmachineryincoalpreparationplantbecomesmorecomplexandmorewidelyused,andwillcauseseriouseconomiclossesinthecaseofanaccident.Onlineconditionmonitoringandfaultdiagnosisforrotatingmachineryeq

2、uipmentofthecoalpreparationplantwillbringaboutlargeeconomicandsocialbenefits.PreparationPlantmechanicalequipmentfaultfeatureextractionequipmentanddiagnoSticrule-basedexpertsystemdesignaretheresearchobjectsofthispaper.Inthisthesis,coalpreparationplantrotatingmachinery

3、wasinvestigated,andthemajorfaultsandfaultsignalcharacteristicswereanalyzed,andexpertrulesweredesigned.First,asimplediagnosticdiagnosticdataandprecisediagnosisforrotatingmachinerywereobtained,andthecharacteristicparametersofthetime-domainsignalaswellaspowerspectrumoff

4、aultcharacteristicfrequencyamplitudeoftherotatingmachineryvibrationsignalswerethenextracted・Then,asfortheissueofvibrationsignalnoiseincoalpreparationplantmachineryandequipment,thediagnoSticparameterswereprocessedinthetimedomaintoreducetheimpactofnoiseonthediagnosis.A

5、tthesametime,inordertogettherightdiagnosisresults,diagnosticthresholdfordiagnosticparametersshouldbesetupappropriately,hereweusethenormalvaluemultipliedbythecoefficientofexperiencetoobtainthediagnosisparametersofthediagnosticthreshold.Afterthis,thediagnosisprocesswas
