1、孕期亚临床甲减大鼠模型的建立于晓会1,2,朱帅俊1,2,刘迪杰⑷单忠艳1・2,滕卫平】.2(1.中国医科大学附属第一医院,沈阳110001;2.辽宁省内分泌疾病重点实验室,沈阳110001)摘要:目的建立可靠的孕期亚临床甲减大鼠动物模型。方法:将60只成年雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为三组:①完全甲减组:手术完全切除甲状腺;②亚临床甲减组:手术完全切除甲状腺后,予L-T4微渗泵l.Opg/(lOOgd)浓度持续皮下泵入,H怀孕第15天剂量改为1.05曲/(lOOg-d);③止常对照组:行甲状腺假手术。各组大鼠在基础状态、孕前和怀孕后第10、13、17天利分娩当天采血测定甲状腺功能。结果:各组人
2、鼠在基础状态时,血清TSH和TT4水平无统计学弟异。完全卬减组大鼠在孕前和整个怀孕过程中及分娩当天血清TSH水平始终明显高于亚临床甲减组和正常对照组(都有PvO.Ol),血清TT4水平始终明显低于其他两组(都有PvO.Ol)。亚临床甲减组大鼠在孕前和整个怀孕过程中及分娩当天血清TSH水平始终明显髙于止常对照组(都有PvO.05),血淸TT4水平始终与止常对照组相当(都有P>0.05)o结论:应用于-术完全切除甲状腺,再予微渗泵皮下持续输入合适剂量的L-T4可以成功建立孕期亚临床甲减大鼠模型。关键词:内科学;亚临床卬减;孕期;大鼠模型中图分类号:R581.2Establishmentofani
