3、机会均等。木文首先分析了项口产生的社会背景，冋顾了项口的发展历史；其次详细介绍了项目的现状，包描项目设立与管理、项目组织与成员、活动目的与目标、实施对象等,勾勒岀项目的基本轮廓。项目实施的效果及特点对于客观、科学的评价项目实施的意义，总结规划的有益经验都是非常重要的，文章第三部分对此做了详细分析。最后针对我国高等教育机会均等的发展现状，提出有益的启示和借鉴。关键词美国快速启动规划学业成绩教冇机会均等AbstractInrecentyears,theDepartmentofEducationsupportsawidevarietyofeducationprogramsaimedatstreng
