2、业问题的折射，就像环境的恶化,会引起水土流失是一样的。员工离开公司肯定是企业的某一方面出现了问题，当有员工辞职时，管理者要做的不仅仅是费尽心机的去挽留员工，管理者应反思企业的哪一环节，哪个方面出现了问题，以至于让员工要离开企业，只有这样才能避免更多的员工离开企业。尤其在销售这一行业，销售本来就是通用性很强的一类工作，所以销售人员流失一直稳居流失率之首，销售人员的流失对所在的公司造成的损失是不可估量的，所以说如何有效的稳定销售队伍，留住优秀的人才，成为各大企业研究的重点。人才对企业来说可以说是最重要的，企业要想壮大，就必须要重视人才。本文以诺诚地
