6、nedwithacoronadischarge(CD).TheDBDisgeneratedbyapplyinganalternatinghighvoltagesignalbetweentwocircularaluminiumplateelectrodesattachedtooppositesidesofadiskmadeofdielectricmaterial.TheCDisgeneratedapplyingacontinuousnegativehighvoltagetoanexternalcylindricalmeshelectrode,c
7、oaxialwiththeDBDelectrodesystem.ThegapbetweentheedgeoftheDBDsystemandthemeshelectrodeisapproximately20mmwide.UptofiveDBDelectrodesystemscanbeconnectedinparallelinsidethereactor,axiallyseparatedfromeachotherby30mm.Theelectricalcharacterizationconsistedinthemeasurementofthecu
