3、1CyclicADP-ribose(cADPR)issuggestedtobeanovelmobilizingintracellularCa:Ca-inducedCareleasemessengerofryanodinereceptorsinvariouscellular(CICR),mediatedbytheryanodinereceptors.CICRmediatessystems.However,theregulationofitssynthesisinre-theamplification
4、andpropagationofinitialCa21signals,thesponsetocellstimulationanditsfunctionalrolesaregenerationofCa21oscillations,andthepropagationofCa21stillunclear.Weexaminedthephysiologicalrelevancewavesincertaintypesofcells.Depolarizingstimulicanacti-ofcADPRtothe
