4、abioticstresses.Studyinbarleyindicatedthatastress-responsivegene(Srg6),aspotentialtranscriptionalregulator,wasinducedbyvariousabioticstresses.However,functionalrolesofSrgproteinsinstresstoleranceareunknown.Inthisstudy,weisolatedawheathomologofbarleySrg6gene,anddesignatedTaSrg6.E
5、xpressionanalysisindicatedthatexpressionofTaSrg6geneisinducedbyvariousstresstreatments,includingPEG,salt,lowtemperatureandABA.ThefusionproteinGFP-TaSrg6wasconcentratedinthenucleuswhentransientlyexpressedinonionepidermalcells.OverexpressionofTaSrg6geneinArabidopsisconferredwaters
