7、rehavebeennoinvivorecordings,toourknowledge,indicatethatHCNchannelsmayalsogatesynapticinputsthroughfromPFCneuronsofagedmonkeys.HerewecharacterizethefirstinteractionswithKCNQchannels,whoseopenstateisincreasedby21recordingsofthiskind,revealingamarkedlossofPFCpersist
