6、1.将铝箔纸覆盖在巧克力糖小端正上方;2.使铝箔纸沿糖块锥面强迫成形;3.将余下的铝箔纸分半,先后向大端面上褶去,迫使包装纸紧贴巧克力糖。2.原始数据及设计要求1.铝箔纸尺寸为64mm*64mm。2.巧克力糖小端直径17mm,大端直径24mm,,高12mm。3.生产率为60块/min。4.锥面成型机构不论采用平面连杆机构,凸轮机构或者其他常用机构,要求成形工作尽量等速,启动与停顿时冲击小。5.电动机转速为960/min.3.设计方案提示1.剪纸与供纸动作连续完成。2.铝箔纸锥面成形机构一般可采用凸轮机构,平面连杆机构等。3.实现折纸动作的机构有多种选择
