1、绿色制造理论与技术——机械CAD/CAM摘要绿色制造是21世纪的制造业可持续发展模式，是解决制造业资源消耗和环境污染问题，实现生态环境恶化源头控制的根本方法和关键途径之一。我们在阅读大量论文的基础上，分析了国内外绿色制造的研究进展。目前，国外对绿色制造的研究投入较大。从国家重点实验室到国家研究中心，从全球知名高校到一些企业，均展开了较多研究，且互有合作，取得了较多成果。国内研究相对较晚，且主要集中在国内一批高等院校和科研院所，而各种企业对其投入力度却远远不够，一定程度上反映了中国企业环境意识的欠缺。随着对绿

2、色制造理论与技术的研究，绿色制造的发展趋势也趋向全球化、社会化、集成化、并行化、智能化、产业化和网络化等多元性的方向。其研究重点主要集中在绿色设计，绿色材料选择，绿色工艺方法和清洁生产技术，绿色包装和运输技术，绿色处理技术等。在平时的制造过程中，也会展开对绿色制造环境评价的研究，从源头上及全过程控制环境问题的产生。最后，本论文列举了两个实例。介绍了重庆力帆汽车针对汽车制造过程中产生污染物，汽车生命终期处理采取的措施。重庆机床集团废旧机床再制造则充分利用现有的废旧机床资源，再制造出功能更强、性能指标更优并且节
