1、第7卷天津医科大学学报Vol.7第2期JTMU2001No.2261特拉唑嗪联合开搏通治疗充血性心力衰竭王春生,王枢传(天津市红十字会医院内科,300130)[摘要]目的:观察特拉唑嗪联合开搏通治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:选择48例CHF患者随机分为两组,单用开搏通组(应用开搏通12.5mgBid治疗)和联合用药组(除应用开搏通12.5mgBid外联合特拉唑嗪2mgQN)观察两组治疗前后的心胸比率(C/T)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)及症状改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗前与治疗4周后比较C/T,开搏通组分别为0.61
