1、AbstractObjective：ObserveandanalyzetheTSTsurgeryandRepairsurgerythroughtheanusclosedjointXiaozhilinginjectiontreatmentofrectoceleofclinicalefficacy,Comparetheeffectivenessoftwosurgicalandpostoperativecomplications,lookingforamoreeffectivesurgicaltreatmentofrectocele.Methods：60patientswit
2、hmoderateandsevererectocelepatientswererandomlydividedinto2groups,groupof30patientsinthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroupof30patients.ThetreatmentgroupTSTsurgerytreatmentandcontrolgroupthroughtheanusclosedpatchthejointXiaozhilinginjectiontechniquefortreatment.Twogroupsoftreatmenteffect,in
3、traoperative,postoperativecomplicationsandpostoperativerecoverytimewereobservedandTheresultswereanalyzedusingthestatisticalsoftwareSPSS17.0.Results:Defecationdifficultiesandothersymptomsoftwogroupsofpatientsshowedsignificantimprovementafterthesurgery,postoperativedefecographytorectoceled
4、epthinvaryingdegreeslighterordisappear.Thetwogroupswerecomparedafter1weekand1monthaftersymptomscore,therewasnosignificantdifference(p>0.05),aftertreatment,symptomscoreof3monthsthereisasignificantdifference(p<0.05),showedthatthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup,thetreatmentofrectalprotrusi
5、onwasnosignificantdifferenceintheshort-termeffect.Fromthepointofviewthenumberofdaysinthetwogroupsofpatientsinhospital,thetreatmentgroupwasbetterthanthecontrolgroup(p<0.05).Complicationsobservedsituation,thetwogroupsinoperativetime,postoperativepain,thereisasignificantdifference(p<0.05),t
