7、不幸，怒其不争。更要在工作中做到因材施教，避免简单、粗暴的教育方式。在思想上要做到对待后进生与对待优等生一样，对他们不歧视、不疏远，要关怀他们、亲近他们，用博大的胸怀去容纳他们。古语云：“亲其师而信其道。”教师的爱对学生来说是甘露，师生间的亲密交往对学生，尤其对英语学困生的学习兴趣的形成和发展有很大的影响。学生喜欢一位英语教师，也往往喜欢听他的英语课，并能主动接受这位教师所传授的英语知识。因此，我认为与其先教给学困生知识，不如先做他们的朋友。使他们真正地喜欢自己，爱上自己的英语课，从而能够提高他们二、帮助学困生树立自信心。造成一名小学英语学困生学习
