5、381999,(50):18-19(收稿日期:2006年11月1日)临证经验回纹型风湿症与周痹刍议阎小萍(中日友好医院,北京100029)摘要:文章对于回纹型风湿症的涵义、临床表现、诊断治疗及研究进展进行总结。根据其临床特点,认为回纹型风湿症酷似!黄帝内经∀之#周痹∃,并进一步探讨周痹的病因病机、理论渊源和临床诊治;且提出周痹的辨证论治应分为发作期和缓解期。对于前者应重在清热祛风、除湿通络;对于后者则应根据证候不同分别予以双调脾肺、化湿祛痰,或补益肝肾、滋阴清热,或温补脾肾等治法。希冀能促使周痹及周痹与
