3、daccuratelypredictthevortexzone.Thispaperbasesonnationalitynaturalnesssciencefunditem,researchofareaoftheatomizedrain.thefundnumberis50539060.Theprimarycoverageofthispaperis:firstly,gaveabriefdescriptiveontheover-dam-flow、atomizedrain、backward-facingstepa

4、ndrelatingbasictheoryinthepaper,thenintroducedtheresearchprocedureofthephysicaltestandresults:Thephysicaltesthasdoneinwindtunnel,thetestmodelwasmadebasedondatesoftheprototypemeasurementsofer-tanhydropowerstation,andtheprototypemeasurementhasdonebytheInsti

5、tuteofHydraulicandHydroelectricallyofChinain1999.Thetestresultsindicatethattheheightholemodel’sandthemiddleholemodel’sregurgitationzonelengthis6.53~7.6and5.87~6.8foldofthedamheightrespectively,itseemsthatthedrawmodehasaimpactontheover-dam-flow.Thisprelimi

6、narilyindicatesthatitisfeasibletostudytheatomizedrainandover-dam-flowinwindtunnel;NumericalsimulationwasdonebasedonFLUENT,useRealizableк-εturbulentmodelsimulatedtheover-dam-flowinthesamegeometrymodelandworkconditionsasthephysicaltest.Thesimulationresultsp

7、rovethatalsotheresultafewbiggerthenthephysicaltest,thenumericalresultisconsistentwiththetest,andthenumericalsimulationisfeasibleinmodeltheover-dam-flow.Atlast,westudiedtheflowindifferentReynoldsnumberunderthesamenumericalmethod,analyzedthevariationsofther
