6、iningthreedimensionsallhavesignificantpositiveeffectsonorganizationalcitizenshipbehavior.Theorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorhasasignificantpositiveeffectontheoccurrenceofthenear-miss,anditsmediatingeffectissignificant.Inconclusion,agoodatmosphereofcoalmine’ssafety
