1、哈尔滨丁业大学工学硕【:学位论文摘要在复合材料的生产中，RTM工艺的应用越来越广泛;而在整个RTM工艺中，固化工序是影响复合材料质量的关键工序。本文结合国家总装备部的复合材料成型CAPP系统，分析了复合材料固化过程监控的国内外研究现状，JP展对RTM工艺和固化过程实时监控的研究。研究RTM固化过程中树脂温度、粘度等状态参数随时间的变化规律，通过分析动量、能量方程，建立了工艺参数对状态参数影响的数学模型，为实现RTM固化过程的闭环控制提供了理论依据;利用计算机技术，设计了RTM固化过程中状态参数监测的运行过程模型，包括计算机与监测设备间的通讯协议，数据存储格式，数据处理算法和输出方式。

2、设计了RTM固化过程的智能控制子系统结构，采用分布式融合的方法，分析多路传感数据信息，得到综合固化状态的信息;并进一步给出了固化状态的聚类融合控制空间。最后，采用UML建模方法，设计了四层软件体系结构，以Delphi为开发工具，在SQLServer数据库环境下，开发了软件原型系统RTM-CPMS,实现了工艺过程的记录，状态参数的实时采集、存储、处理和输出，以及工序参数的修改。关键词RTM成型状态;固化过程;监控:信息融合:聚类控制哈尔滨下业人学丁学硕卜学位论文AbstractIntheproductionofthecomposite,theapplicationofRTMproces
