4、anddrugfastcausedbyantibioticsissevere。ExperimentsprovedthatPNwasnotonlyconcernedwiththecharacteristicofpathogen,butalsowithhostimmunity.CytokineismediatorsofinflammationaswellasIntercellularinformationtransfer.PNisincategoryofurinationdisturbanceintraditionChinesemedicine,ifpyelonephritisatta
5、cksagainandagainorprotracts,thenthatisconsumptivegonorrhea.Alsoitisconsideredthatkidneydeficiencyanddampnessheatisthemainpathogenesis.Objective:ToinvestigatethemechanismofpyelonephritisandthefunctionalmechanismofQingYanGranule.Methods:Theunilateralexperimentalmodelofpyelonephritisinmicewasesta
