4、andimportanttostudyontheimplementationtechnologyof3GMRBT．3Gmobilecommunicationsystemisconsistedbythreeparts：circuitswitchdomain，packet—switchingdomainandIMS(IPMultimediaSubsystem)domainareas．Traditionally，thevalue—addedservicesandthebasicservicesareallrestri

5、ctedintheSallledomain．Throughthestudyonthisthesis，thevariouswaystoimplementthe3GMRBTarecomparedandtheirstrength，weaknessandrestrictionarealsoidentified．IntheCSnoncrossingtechnology，userequipment(UE)mustbemodifiedtosupportsecondvideocapabilitynegotiation，soit

6、isdifficulttoimplement．Comparatively，CScrossingtechnologyismuchmoreeasytocarryout，butduetotheexistenceofcircuitcrossing，itisnotsuitablewhenmoreandmorepeopleusingthisservice．Forprovidingthebestsolution，throughthestudyonthisthesis，itisinnovativelycombinedthevi
