2、nbeenvisionedascollectionsofinteractiveandcooperativecomputingcomponents,suchasprograms,tools,clients,andintelligentagents.Currentlythereisalackofefficientmethodologyandtechnologytosupportthesecomputingcomponentstointeractandcooperate.Soitiscomplextodevelop
3、andmaintainapplicationsinNCEs.Itisalsoafactortomakethenetworkapplicationslagbehindthedevelopmentofnetworkinfrastructure.Incomputerscience,coordinationtechnologyisanimportantresearchareainrecentyears,andisinitiallyappliedtolargedistributed/parallelsystems.It
4、isapromisingtechnologytosolvetheproblemofinteractionandcooperationinNCEs.Data-drivencoordinationtechnology,abranchofcoordinationtechnology,providesacommunicationmechanismforcomputingcomponentsthroughashareddataspace,wherethecommunicationinformationisindepen
5、dentoftheactivityhistoryofcomputingcomponents.Thenthecomputingcomponentsneednotbespatiallycoupledortemporallycoupled.Sodata-drivencoordinationtechnologyispotentiallysuitableforNCEs.However,therearealotofproblemsfordada-driventechnologytobeappliedtoNCEs:Thec
6、oordinationlanguageistoosimple;Forlackofsecuritymechanism,theactivityofcomputingcomponentsincoordinationmediaisnotcontrolled;Thereisalackofformalbasis;Thesharedataspaceisnotscalable;Thereisalackofmechanismtoprovidetrustworthycoordination.Tosolvetheseproblem
7、s,thisdissertationproposedabetterdata-drivencoordinationtechnologyforNCEs–SIKA(SecureInterlinKArchitecture).Ididfollowingresearchworkinthisdissertation:lProposingSIKAcoordinationmodelandlanguage.SIKAcoordinationmodel,basedonshareddataspace,isenhancedbysecur
